1. pericardiocentesis is an invasive technique for removal of fluid from pericardial cavity.....site is in between xiphiod process and 7th costal cartilage at an angle of 45 degree.

2.Pericytes contain contractile elements actin and myosin controlling pressure.

 
3. chest pain will be relived in sitting forward in Pericarditis, but in MI pain still persists

5.Oblique pericardial sinus __the recess in the pericardial cavity posterior to the base of the heart bounded laterally by the pericardial reflections on the pulmonary veins and inferior vena cava, and posteriorly by the pericardium overlying the anterior aspect of the esophagus.
